A legal disclaimer

The Crafters Hub is excited to have you participate in its workshops and activities.  We hope to create a community space for people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds to come together and experience the joy and serenity of handcrafting. To register in our workshops, please make sure to read and agree to the below terms and conditions.

Safety

​The Crafters Hub will spare no effort to provide a safe and enjoyable workshop environment and experience, however, like any handcraft, woodworking can be hazardous practice if one does not follow safety protocols. Our team teaches every participant the safest ways of using tools and machines; these safety guidelines must be followed at all times. The Crafters Hub will not be held liable for any injury and/or accident that may occur during the workshop and/or on the premises.

Dress Code

  • Wear comfortable clothes; short or tight sleeves preferably

  • Wear closed toe shoes (no slippers/sandals)

  • Tie back long hair, scarves, and hoodie straps

  • Remove accessories
     

 Attendance
​

  • ​Participants are expected to arrive on time for the workshop sessions, the session will still start on time so as to not inconvenience other

    participants
     

  • ​

    Participants are expected to attend all sessions in order to complete their project. We cannot guarantee that you will finish your project if you miss one or more sessions.

     

  • Renting per day is available in case you want to complete your project after the course is finished.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment
 

  • Payment can be made through Instapay or by cash.

  • Full payment must be received to confirm registration.

 
 
 
 
Refund
 

  • In case of cancellation more than 1 week before the course start date, 50% refund is provided

  • In case of cancellation less than 1 week before the course start date, 20% refund is provided

  • No refund is provided after the course start date.
     

Packages and Discounts
 

  • In our Intro to Handtools and Power Tools Project Courses, you will receive a 450 LE voucher when booking which can be used for renting or given as a voucher to friends/family. It is valid for 3 months.

  • Group discounts are applicable in certain courses.

  • Certain courses can be booked as a package deal.

  • Packages must be booked and paid in advance, trainees will have 3 months to take the remaining  courses in the package.

  • Discounts from packages, vouchers, and group bookings cannot be applied together. Only one discount can be applied at a time.
     

 Materials

The Crafters Hub provides all the necessary materials and tools to be used during the workshops. ​You just need to bring yourself and be ready to have some fun!

Photo Release

The Crafters Hub reserves the right to take photographs and videos during its workshops and on its premises, and to use these materials in its digital and print marketing materials.

Facilities
 

  • Our workshops are air conditioned.

  • We have a seating area and a pantry available for meal prepping with hot drinks, kettle, microwave and a fridge.

  • Please bring your own drinking water, snacks or food.

  • Pets are welcome as long as they cause no disturbance and can be kept safe, and are placed on a leash or in a pet carrier.

  • Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor smoking areas.
